Magnificent.
This is a podcast which is never anything less than totally engrossing. Eric Kohn and Anne Thompson are not just preeminent in their understanding of the movie industry but also, when they disagree, a source of taunting entertainment. The only negative for this show is that the communication lines between Eric and Anne would benefit from better clarity. That said however, podcasts should always be judged primarily by their content and as such this one is essential.

Two thumbs up for content, but the hosts really need to stop talking over each other. Some of the points being made are totally lost in the overlapping rants. And at times they just sound like they’re bickering. It can make for an uncomfortable listening experience.

The two hosts are constantly interrupting and talking over each other to the point that it’s unlistenable. I like the topic, but it’s so annoying that I can’t listen.

Although I dread talk of awards season, Eric and Anne remain an indispensable source for keeping up on the film scene.
