Can’t recommend enough
This podcast is so helpful it should be mandatory listening in high school. She has no qualifications.
This podcast is extremely problematic and dangerous. She is grossly unqualified to speak about real medical diagnoses, and actually perpetuates stigma against mentally ill people (many of which are at high risk to self-harm).
