It has been a tough couple of weeks for jobs here, so we are looking at redundancy, and how to cope with it. More than 1,300 people lost their jobs in Northern Ireland in the last couple of weeks with Wrightbus, Thomas Cook, and more redundancies flagged up in west Belfast at Caterpillar. Once the reality has sunk in - what can those involved do? What are their rights, and who's there to help them?
