It’s all about the guests
Great guests - interesting topics - great questions - but do stop talking at the same time as your guests. Just let them speak! It is so annoying! Oh, and one more thing! We all know by now that you did your Masters degree with Dave Costill. You don’t need to be reminding us in every episode!

Fix the audio quality
The podcast is only listenable in a silent environment. Drop the base levels and boost the record levels. Other wise and excellent podcast. But you can’t listen to it in the car or on the bike.

Great relaxed tone
I love the way this podcast combines dry science with real world experience and a great laid back tone.
