Host really knows his stuff
If, like me, you’re fascinated by the inside stories of chefs, kitchens, restaurants, food history, and human relationships in all of the above, you’ll love this podcast. Thankfully, the host here is very knowledgeable without being arrogant or pedantic - he makes it an enjoyable conversation with his guests and we get to sit in. Thank you, Todd!
