Hope
I listened to a single episode (Helping Caregivers Navigate Schizophrenia) and it was a beam of hope fired directly into my heart. They reminded me that this illness isn’t just misery and fear and scary pop culture references. It’s life. Its growth. It’s a teacher. It reveals your hidden bravery and your limitless capacity to love and be loved. (Also quick question: can we give 6 stars instead? Is that a thing?) Seriously though—Rachel, Gabe, and the incredible dad brave enough to share your unique story—you’re all doing invaluable work, and you really helped me. Thank you.
