Finding this podcast has been so amazing. My spouse has a schizophrenia diagnosis and while they are older and decades past onset there is always so much to learn. And your success as an advocate, expert and hero is medicine in the best way. Representation matters so much!

Great podcast, thanks for being an advocate and educator in the mental health community! I work at an in-patient psych unit and learning more about our patients helps so much with understanding what they’re going through! Keep doing what you’re doing(:

Just listened to the homelessness episode (3/17/21). Why don’t you identify that the medication used to treat treatment resistant schizophrenia is clozapine? It seems like the episode went out of its way NOT to name it. Why? It is life-changing for many people and severely under-utilized.

Interesting. But I feel that this is viewed from a point of a schizophrenic taking medications. And most do not.
