VoL Seminar Day 2: Agility
Listen now
Description
The day is devoted to exploring how sport and the values attached to it can be a means to explore and improve leadership in organizations: self-discipline, self-awareness, the capacity to test and push one’s limitations, motivation, energy, determination, anticipation; all such skills, mindsets, attitudes linked with sports and more will be addressed. The aim is to establish and understand the possible link between individual, interpersonal and group performance or how to exert/act upon one’s leadership skills from an individual act to a collective output by using interpersonal strength (the savoir-relier_ concept applied to sports).
