It s actually what it claims to be, 1h of precious interview on how to be the best you and find your purpose. Combo with the meditation- also part of the morning miracle!- that s just an excellent fit. great podcat EVERY DAY. Lots of books I want to explore now. I have to say that at the beginning I was a bit annoyed by Michael's laugh and woo hoo ( sorry Mike) but I got attached to them for some reason :).
