Perfect Way to Start the Day
I have a long commute to work each day. I don't always look forward to the workday but listening to this show every morning helps me shift my attitude before I step into the office. Sometimes I catch myself smiling while I'm stuck in traffic and I find I'm generally in a better mood all day, well at least for the morning. When it comes to lunchtime, I have a habit of eating while I work but if I manage to pull myself away for a meditation, it's like hitting a reset button. Just need to work on discipline. Only recommendation is to keep the interviews under an hour. I'd rather finish listening in one sitting. Thank you Michael Sandler for such a positive uplifting show! WooHoo!Read full review »

Loved the interviews with Anthony Williams. He's an incredible person. His knowledge is amazing (thanks to spirit, as he says). I had a consultation with him and also bought his book, yet can't get enough of his insights. Thanks for such a wonderful interview.Read full review »
