Excellent podcast.
One of the best podcasts that I regularly listen to. The guests that Patrick has on have such diverse backgrounds and very interesting viewpoints on many things. Patrick is also a great interviewer and clearly puts the time in to prepare for the interviews.

Insightful and interesting

It is nice to have a host who asks a handful of food questions, then sits back and listens as if he were a member of the audience. Too many host ask lengthy/preachy questions and talk over their guests.
