Discussion from the Investec Specialist Bank's Entrepreneurs Panel which took place on 3 February 2010. The panel members are made up of prominent members of the entrepreneurial community and they met to discuss the results of the recent Confidence Index research which looks at the issues affecting entrepreneurs in the UK.
