Best Investing Podcast Ever!
Having attended a workshop weekend in Atlanta put on by Phil and hearing that his kids don't currently invest, I absolutely loved it when I stumbled across this podcast. What makes this series so unique and wonderful in my mind is that we get an awesome glimpse into this father daughter relationship. Danielle has a profound ability to question everything. She doesn't take any answer for granted and I think this really is what sets her apart from the rest of us (thanks to her law background and analytical thinking skills perhaps). Generally when talking to an exceptionally successful expert in a field, as Phil is, it is easy to take him at his word with minimal argument. We all want him to be right about what he is telling us because he is saying investing is safe, and surprisingly easy if we put the work in to learn the underlying skills. Danielle really forces him to prove all of his theories by exploring all avenues of investing and contradicting him wherever possible. It's almost as though she wants him to be wrong. Every single episode has awesome take-aways and there is always some great insights into their personality. I love listening to Phil educate his daughter in a way that I only could dream of receiving from my own parents. What an opportunity for all of us to go along for the ride. I wish the episodes were longer!Read full review »

Great podcast that makes a topic most avoid because it seems so big make sense. The dynamic of an unskilled investor (daughter) vs a hedge fund manager (father) works well, because the daughter dives into the things her father says that listers may not understand.
