Heart still in it?
To the folks complaining about Phil talking about Mr Market as though he is being antifeminist: it is very clear you didn't listen to many episodes and didn't read any of the extensive book recommendations. Mr Market is a term coined by Ben Graham in the 1940's and is still used today. And Phil has encouraged women +++ to get into investing and has pointed out he is disappointed that the money market is mostly run by men. Don't review if you don't listen? My issue with this pod is that since Danielle got long covid, Phil essentially went from fawning all over her and being very supportive to now being really annoyed with her in most episodes. It's awkward to listen to someone cut someone off with a sarcastic "whatever" when they aren't agreeing word for word on something. It's really feeling like you guys have something you need to work out- privately. Or maybe one of you isn't interested in doing the podcast anymore but the other is? That sparkle is gone. Maybe it's time to teach about some new topics.Read full review »
