Thank you! Awesome you two.
You guys are great. I'm 43 and tired of the 75 minute one way commute to and from work where I sit in a 6x6 cubicle for 9 hours a day making others rich. I'm at a point that I see my 401k will do me little good in 30 years if I'm lucky. So I have decided I want to start making some changes that I think are a very scary step in life. I have been doing a ton of research on investing, and to be honest it can be very confusing and have very few clear paths on what someone should or could do. Listening to you guys brings hope to me. Not only are you teaching from the ground up, you are doing it in such a way that almost anyone can understand it. I hope you two continue this. I look so forward to each new release. I really hope you guys tack some time to talk about how this can be applied for the average person living pay check to pay check. It's has to be easy to invest when you have money to invest, but what do you do when you have very little to invest? There are some great apps on iOS like Robinhood (no fee trades), and Acorns (reminds me of a mini 401k/savings account) that I think will help young kids find an interest in investing. I know I would have started sooner if iOS was around when I was in my 20's. Sure hope you guys can touch on things like this as well. Keep it up, you guys are doing an awesome job.Read full review »

I enjoy the points that he's bringing up, the first 10 episodes are very basic (not a surprise) and I'm thoroughly enjoying these podcasts as I drive around the state. I...Read full review »

I generally like simplicity so the ideas sounded interesting, but I was wary of someone promoting his business on the back of such relatively simple advice. To be honest he kind of came across as a...Read full review »

Great podcast that makes a topic most avoid because it seems so big make sense. The dynamic of an unskilled investor (daughter) vs a hedge fund manager (father) works well, because the daughter dives into the things her father says that listers may not understand.
