“Be patient with this podcast. You will not get the full dump of how to invest in real estate in one, two, or ten episodes. I'm about six episodes in and I've learned some valuable things. All podcasters promote what they are working on (thus, free content) so don't hold that against Clayton either. Each episode has one or two real gems of wisdom that could make the difference between making money in real estate and creating a disaster for yourself.
