“This podcast is excellent. It is definitely one of the best fiction podcasts that is currently running. There are a lot of comments that claim that it is poorly acted, boring, annoying, pointless, or just bad. None of those people got the point of the podcast in the time they were listening. Episode 5 is the first undeniably good episode, so even if you don't like 1-4, I highly reccomend sticking with it because it is a very emotional and interesting podcast. Deidre is supposed to be overdramatic and repetitive at the beginning, it is not poor acting or shallow writing. This podcast is about her memory's dramatization of Wim, not about Wim. The writing and acting are both excellent. Anyone who doesn't like it either doesn't get it (most people who didn't finish the first few episodes) or don't relate to Deirdre's feelings, which is fine. Please listen. If you don't like episode 1, then skip to episode 5, because while the build of 1-4 is necessary, episode 5 is where it picks up and becomes clear what the story is truly about.”Read full review »
