Absolutely wonderful
This is a podcast that knows how create atmosphere. The sound design, script, and performances combine to make it feel as if you’re hearing an intimate recording from a real town not too far away your own. Rosemary Hills is a lovingly designed little world and its few inhabitants are utterly charming. It’s mysterious, funny, poetic, occasionally spooky, and all around heartwarming. (Just wait until you hear the music!) If you’re a fan of character-driven fiction, you will love It Makes A Sound! Edit: Returning to this show again for what has to be the dozenth time, and I still get goosebumps every episode.
