not the victim
while the podcast is very well done, i am having a hell of a time getting through it because it spends more time than not making betty out to be the victim. reminder: she’s not. she’s a murderer who, 30 years later, won’t accept responsibility for what she’s done. there are MANY women who have been devastated by the end of what they believed was a life-long relationship (myself included)- they (we) don’t go on to murder our ex and his new spouse. how about we spend more time on the victims and less on this manipulative piece of crap?

This series blames everyone, from the court to the husband, for the Murders. It’s not poorly done, and I didn’t mind the music - the dealbreaker was how they portrayed a woman who took two lives.
