Great show on an underrated topic
Unfortunately, I don’t come across many history podcasts that cover Africa, so I always cherish the ones I do find and this is one of them. The hosts are very amicable and passionate about covering these stories. They’re usually well researched and knowledgeable as well and since they’re from some of the countries/cultured covered, they often bring in inside knowledge or help break things down even easier to understand

I’ve always wanted to learn more about history and culture in different African countries, and this podcast is perfect for that. Better still, the two hosts are fantastic and really fun to listen while I’m out on my runs. Thanks ladies for making my mornings fun and educational!

Accessible, funny and extensive, this podcast has helped fill gaps in my knowledge despite studying history until A-Level (thank you UK education system) and is a great one to recommend both to friends and folk you hear still referring to Africa as a country. Thank you!

Loving what you ladies are doing. I am quite interested in conversations on the African discourse, but this with a historical twist is enjoyable. Keep it up and 5 stars from me!
