“This is an excellent podcast for anyone who wants to examine what happened around the 1984 election and understand the 4th Labour government. This was the government that I remember as a primary school and then intermediate student when I first became aware of politics. David Lange, the Rainbow Warrior, Rogernomics…all explained so clearly. I loved hearing the original footage (especially the David Lange snippets) and the recent interviews with Margaret Wilson, Prebble, Douglas, etc - it’s riveting stuff whether you are on the political left or right.
Toby Manhire is so good - the man (and the team) deserve an award for this.”
