“Despite a scathing put down of the host from ‘drug snob’ Kris Cristoff, this is a remarkable break-through for the BBC. Jacob Hawley must have dabbled (my guess is cannabis, coke & maybe a little crack) but little else, but this is fine for a ‘host’. It’s the interviewees who are most important & overall they are superb. The BBC needs to step up this kind of relatively open-minded drug investigatory format. Request : more on smokable DMT please, in Series 2 perhaps ?”
