Description
You’ve arrived for your relaxing tropical getaway, you’re having breakfast when an earthquake strikes! What do you do? In this episode hear what to plan, how to prepare, and why you should practice in the event you find yourself in a disaster zone whilst on holiday. As an Australian, I’d never considered what an earthquake might be like, or what I should do if there’s a tsunami, until I had lived in an earthquake prone area. With the recent earthquake and tsunami in Sulawesi in Indonesia, I thought it highly relevant as the more people travel, the higher the chance they’ll find themselves caught up in a natural disaster. I also share my experiences and reccomended government guidelines.
