“This is the greatest program I have ever listen to. Akiko always makes very good preparation including studying, actual visiting and tasting of the products of each theme. And she is very good at dragging out the stories out of the presenters.
This program is not only good for those who wants to know more about Japanese food and culture but also for Japanese themselves to know about how Japanese culture can be explained and is know to outside Japan.

“Material has been covered often elsewhere over the years in various travel/食べ物 books. Though most guests are contemporaneous for the podcast generation. The guests are often cool but recent guy was a real tool, talking about himself while claiming to be humble.”
