“I knew I loved this podcast immediately upon hearing it. Rapid-fire, well-researched, snappy patter aimed at opening up the often arcane -- okay, deeply deeply weird -- world of the X-Men for novice readers. I read comics somewhat recreationally (here and there, once a month visits to my local comic shop to buy a trade paperback) - and am often intimidated by the vast wall of backstory. What to read? Rachel and Miles have given me a number of storylines to look into as well as some that MAYBE I'd prefer to steer away from. They're hilarious and sweet and intelligent and I look forward to many many more episodes. Also hope they get more interviews; episode 7 with Greg Rucka was great!”Read full review »
