The poor are not trapped but fail to grab onto opportunity such as education.
You are not taking into acount the single parent households.
When discussing income you do not take into account the black market industry of the drug trade, gaming and prostitution witrhin urban communities. These dollars fail to show up on tax returns but are significant drivers in some communities.”
