Please monitor and adjust your levels while recording your program and tell everyone to maintain a consistant volume. We are forever turning it down when you shout then up when you whisper. And for God sakes talk about the show not yourselves. Your lives are not interesting and don't work for radio banter. What you need to do is make a list of most everything that happens on the show and talk about each item in order.
