I was a student of the JFK assassination for a couple of decades but had not kept up on what happened with the Assassination Records Review Board or otherinvestigative official and otherwise. This podcast has brought me so much new information that I can hardly wait to listen to the next episode...Read full review »

It has been fun listening to Jeff grow as a storyteller/podcaster.

I really became interested in the JFK story early on in 2023 and this is one of the best podcast out there covering the story. The host goes into great detail and leaves no some unturned. Keep up the great work!

I’m really getting a lot from this podcast. Very well-done and thorough. It is mostly well explained and digestible. I will be listening to the entire series probably more than once! I only have one thing that is bothering me while listening: the host pronounces the name Oswald as OsWELD about...Read full review »

This podcast dives deep into things that are involved with JFK if you don’t want to listen to all the details and actually learn something I suggest you go somewhere else. This podcast goes into everything which is what we should be doing painstakingly going through everything. Why not? We have...Read full review »

I was rather enjoying the podcast until I discovered it is largely the host reading verbatim from Wikipedia articles.

President Kennedy’s assassination was before I was born, my parents were in the fifth grade when it happened. I’ve always been fascinated with history and this has been no exception. I’ve been binge listening for the last three days. Lots more to go.

Jeff thank you for all the hard work and research you put into your podcast. I “discovered “ it last year in the lead up to the 60th anniversary of the assassination. I was 6 years old that day and remember the news reports and how sad everyone was. I really appreciate the background and level...Read full review »

The missing bullet held by the secret service came from the mistakingly discharged gun of the secret service agent in the car behind Kennedy. When the card took off fast he fell backward and shot his gun. It hit Kennedy

I began to listen to this pod cast after watching a documentary, the detail in this series is immense, the producer is very neutral in his portrayal of events and has some amazing knowledge. I currently travel 6 hours to and from work twice a week and so have managed to cover up to episode 40 in...Read full review »

Lots of details but a bit too much wandering off topic. This is petty, but continuing pronouncing Oswald , “Osweld” drives me nuts!

I wanted to get into this podcast because the topic is compelling. This podcast feels like you are sitting in a college class, listening to the professor drone on and on…all the weird S whistles and mispronounced words and exact same tone in his voice made me shut this off real quick.
cakewalk33 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 01/16/24
Addictive podcast , very informative , but the “wanders” ruin it . Narration is really good and better than most of the other podcasts on this horrendous event . If you are starting out on this podcast be careful you’ll be sucked in .. ( which is no bad thing )

Very interesting and well-informed material on this unfortunate event. He presents in respectfully and organizes each segments in easily-digestible chapters. The good news is that there is so many of them! Rest in piece for his son.

I had to give up. It just went on and on and on before any of the substance was presented.

Good info eventually. Too much we will get to that we will get to this we will talk about this we will answer that question. For the love of god get to the facts to the nuts and bolts. Way too much jibber jabber

So glad you’re covering Vince’s book “Survivor’s Guilt” and summarizing his great research and putting it in context! Your ability to put complex facts in rational order is uncanny, and as a broadcaster you have no equal. That’s why I’ve listened to 197 episodes and look forward to the next always.

It’s an odd podcast. There’s an enormous amount of information but no obvious analytical or interpretive framework that connects the myriad points. It’s hard to know where any of this going. Lots of trees, no forest.

And I quote: “This particular episode was narrated by the notoriously conservative actor, Charlton Heston. Despite his own political leanings…” Quite disrespectful.

Love listening to this host. It’s like listening to your professor or kindly grandfather discuss the JFK assassination. There are SO many episodes- it has provided hours of content to binge while I work on my farm. Terrific

I have binged 150 episodes since I stumbled on this podcast. Pleasant narrator and very well done. Such a sad and pathetic chapter of American history with secrets still kept over sixty years later.

Been a keen listener since the beginning. Excellent. At first, I figured I was looking at maybe 50-60 total episodes for the complete story and analysis. Then thought it would wrap around 100. Very in depth and without much bias. Not a crack pot conspiracy podcast, as it presents facts, opinions, etc. and let’s you decide for yourself. Must commit to every episode. Not for the occasional listener. 3 weeks into heavy binge listening and I’m almost caught up.

Jeff does a great job of keeping this podcast not about personal opinion but fact and testimony. He does tend to wander at times, as he admits, but most of those side trips prove fruitful and provide more insight. He’s fair in his criticisms and careful in his wording. He sticks as much as he can...Read full review »

I have been studying the assassination for 35 years, and I have enjoyed the presentation of subjects I know well, and also the areas I know less well. Unbelievable amount of information and expertise, truly impressive the amount of time the host has put in. It’s very curious that he says the name of the show incorrectly at the beginning of each episode, pronounces Oswald as Osweld, and wounds as woends.
