Fundamentally lacking
As a preacher, his theology is missing in action and that Jesus guy got misplaced. Not much point in listening for that. As a self-help guru, he's still slim pickings. "Forget the past. Things will be great." There, I just saved you 20 minutes. If you want to learn something, look elsewhere. You are well adviced to listen critically to Joel. Surely well intended, Joel is very enthusisatic and brings a refreshing energy.
