Where is the Truth?
I don't know about Osteen's personal beliefs, but he seems to be merely a motivational speaker. He invites people to Jesus without even explaining who Jesus is. People might come out thinking they will be perpetually happy, but will only end up confused later on because they have no real foundation on which to base their beliefs. Life isn't about making yourself happy and fulfilled, its about gaining fullfillment and happiness by Knowing God, and it is very difficult to Know God through this program. Listen to it if you must, but listen to something foundational in addition to this. I'd much rather listen to Chapter and Verse or Greg Laurie.Read full review »
