This week on Journey to June, I am joined by my long-time childhood friend, Brooke Procida. Brooke is a seasoned professional in the creative arts with over 40 years of experience in acting, theater, singing, and connecting movement and well-being. She is the owner and director of Studio PCI, a creative agency that specializes in consulting, direction, production and education with a focus on wellness and sustainability.   Brooke has a rich history of overcoming personal health challenges, specifically with Lyme disease, and has made significant strides in her healing journey.
