Description
My second graduate guest this month is my niece, Grace Posillico, a recent graduate from Sacred Heart University where she studied theater. With a burgeoning career in stage management, Grace has worked on several productions, including new works showcased at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. Currently, she is set to pursue her MFA in Stage Management at Columbia University.  In this episode Grace shares her journey from feeling unseen in high school to becoming a confident and empathetic leader in theater productions. She speaks about overcoming fear, embracing first hellos, and the profound growth that comes with pursuing one’s passion. Grace’s journey is marked by her dedication to the arts, her empathic leadership, and her ability to create cohesive, supportive theater environments. This episode dives into the power of perseverance and personal growth, offering inspiration for anyone feeling lost or unseen. — Join the Soulstigator Movement!
