Hard-Hitting Ideas for Coaches, Athletes, and Parents
I coach ski jumping and XC skiing in Colorado and this podcast hits on so many aspects of training that I use every day. Seriously it’s a free education in physiology, programming, and coaching philosophy. Joel Smith is incredibly bright and asks all the right questions. Not to mention he’s hosted SO MANY rockstars of the fitness and performance world. This podcast introduced me to Adarian Barr, Christian Thibaudeau, Mike Boyle, David Weck, Jake Tuura, Michael Yessis, Jeff Moyer, and so many other brilliant minds who are shaping and re-shaping the way we think about human performance.

I use to hate my bay area commute but now I enjoy it while I listen to the Just Fly performance podcast. If you’re involved in sports or are looking to improve in your training or the training of your athletes/clients you’ll most definitely find that with Just Fly.
