The Future of Athletic Performance
During my undergrad in Athletic Training I began listening to the just fly podcast. 160 episodes later, the insights and perspectives that I have gained from the experts on this show are one of the biggest influences to both my own training and how I look to train those that I work with. I look forward every week to the open minded guests Joel has on that expand the possibilities of what our field can achieve. Without a doubt the information shared here will continue to compliment my learning, teaching, coaching, and training. A sincere thank you and I look forward to your continued work. P.S. I’m interested as to if Thomas Myers would like to have a chat with you!

This is my favorite sports performance podcast. Every week Joel produces a high quality podcast. I’ve listened to every podcast and some more than once. He has opened my eyes and changed my way of thinking.
