Practical advice!
I am a new listener and this is now what I listen to while I’m getting ready in the morning! I love that the podcasts are short and sweet, most around 10-20 minutes long. She speaks from her own experience and gives practical advice. I’ve already implemented some suggestions such as selective eating and eating larger meals throughout the day to decrease my out of control snacking in the evening. If you’re looking for nutrition, fitness and overall health information - listen up!

Nikkis podcast makes you feel like she’s chatting straight to you. She is realistic about goal setting in fitness, the bumpy road to achieving what you want ( strength, weight etc ) , and not being too hard on yourself. Love your podcasts!
