Realistic health and fitness approach !
I started listening to Nikki during my morning walks around and have absolutely loved listening to her and hearing her approach- I feel like the message often times comes down with being real with yourself and your goals - I loved her saying of it’s not about going 0 to 100 but to go from 0 to successful (long term!). Nikki is so positive yet does not sugar coat things and is very relatable! Each episode provides some type of actionable advice that can be easily applied - whether it be sticking to one goal a week or starting with just one round of exercises- Nikki makes it easy to just get started on our own journeys!
