The episode 168 brings back so much memory when I jog 10km daily, severely under eat (restrict to 1800 daily) while weight train 2 hours a day, and also punish myself when I binge. All these just to loss 10 kg but gain them back in a week or so every time I travel or feeling so sad that I couldn’t keep it up.
