Really Help Me to switch my Detrimental Mentality
I can say enough Thank you for letting me know that I am not the only one who struggle with my body dimorphism, restricted diet mentality and sense of guilt when failing to do hardcore exercise to keep my ideal weight. The episode 168 brings back so much memory when I jog 10km daily, severely under eat (restrict to 1800 daily) while weight train 2 hours a day, and also punish myself when I binge. All these just to loss 10 kg but gain them back in a week or so every time I travel or feeling so sad that I couldn’t keep it up. Right now, I am focusing my mental health, trying the find my long lost balance with food. Enjoying my favorite food and combating the scarcity mentality. All these changes are thanks to you. I still have a long way to go, but you motivate me to keep going when I start to fall back to the bad habits and mentality.
