I listen to many directing related podcasts and as insightful as they can be, they are often interviews with people we've all heard of like the Spielbergs or Scorseses of the world, which can be great, but those diretors are currently working in such a rafified stratosphere it can be tough for filmmakers who are just starting out to relate. Just Shoot It however, focuses on the nuts and bolts of what it takes to make a living being a director for hire, from writing, to pitching, to commercials, to gear, etc... they cover the gammut every week.
