“I was so excited when I heard her low, deep speaking voice. But then she was speaking so fast! I can’t turn my brain off to sleep if I’m constantly trying to keep up with what she’s saying.
Please, just speak low, slowly and softly. Why is it so hard to find a sleep podcast that has this?”

“I’m not sound engineer here but the ads are incredibly ‘loud’ as a proportion of the podcast volume. So stop making the podcast ‘quiet.’ Give them the same relative volume. Then I adjust the volume to get the right level and it’s all even. Yeah?”
