“I have been trying to start practicing good habits but somehow I just couldn’t stick to it. Your YouTube videos inspired me to be better. I am starting to do some yoga before bed, reading more books, and I feel better knowing I am doing things that I have been wanting to do for a long time. And now, I think I am going to start a podcast too- an idea that I have been pushing away for quite some time thinking no one will be listening and/or shy knowing my friends would be listening. Dilemma, I know. Anyhow, I think I would still do this and keep myself doing this. Thank you!! 🙆🏻”
