“Some of the other comments I saw about this being biased confuse me. Biased or not Proctor the LEAD INVESTIGATOR claiming that his “juvenile” comments did not affect the integrity of the case????? Discussing the case with family and friends in such an unprofessional way doesn’t affect the integrity. Mindset of police officers : we can do whatever we want and say whatever we want . Macho mysoginisitc men want to be cops. We all should be very very scared after listening to his “distasteful comments” that “don’t affect the integrity of the case. Way too much power for men who look for jobs like this . He is so comfortable saying these things this isn’t the first time he and his cocky police friends have discussed sensitive cases, victims, and suspects. Sadly this is happening all over the United States of America .”
