“I've been listening to this broadcast for a couple of years and have found it consistently approaches issues with a fresh angle. Robert is passionate in expressing views but in doing so draws on experience going back decades. Tony has a quiet sense of humour and though representing the right gives a dispassionate and comprehensive assessment of both Republican and Democrat positions, with the experience that an insider brings. Matt doubles as moderator and the centre. Arianna brings in an independent perspective - though she's quite often away. Its a great way of understanding the range of views in US politics and the different US perspectives of world events. You get the impression that, though they come from varying positions there's a genuine respect and affection between the programme's participants. What good radio should be about.”Read full review »

“I would probably rename it Classic Left, Unorthodox Left, Left of Center, and Libertarian Right, as it is fairly skewed. That being said, it is better than the screaming head shows and enjoy a listen on the way home from work to hear some reasoned debate/discussion about the week in politics.”
