“I switched to a Ketogenic Diet about 6 months ago because I only have one working kidney that doesn’t handle protein or carbs very well but I’m a competitive CrossFit and Olympic Lifting athlete. I did about 4 months of research prior to starting as I am a Health and fitness geek. Your podcast with Leanne Vogel was so informative especially for being a woman. I am in a period where her husband was in that I am eating ketogenically, and see the results however when I test my blood ketone levels I’m low. Hearing her say not to worry about it was a little booster. I don’t check everyday but when I do I feel a little disappointed because I’m lower than what I think I should be.
