Enjoyable with one caveat
I hit send before a did my review but I gave this podcast 4 stars. I have been a long time listener and while I do miss Michele, I continue to listen. I took off one star because I find it super annoying that Brad name drops his friendship with Jordan Syatt on at least half the episodes. This takes away from your own credibility. You are good enough on your own without having to mention any connections you have with other successful fitness influencers on a constant basis.

1st of all I would like to say he is an amazing person. He knows the nutrition and the workout plans really good . He will give you different diet plan every week. I got down from 16% bodyfat to 11% in just 12-14 weeks I wanted to gain muscle and loose body fat . He is the best.
