Best Nutrition and Trainer
1st of all I would like to say he is an amazing person. He knows the nutrition and the workout plans really good . He will give you different diet plan every week. I got down from 16% bodyfat to 11% in just 12-14 weeks I wanted to gain muscle and loose body fat . He is the best.

They claim it’s all about the food and mindset. When they should call it the take steroids and eat whatever and claim it’s natural podcast.
