I’m in love!
I’ve been looking for a good podcast that isn’t cheesy, or too “rah-rah” motivational... You know what I mean?! Brad and Michelle are fun to listen to, and they delve into ALL the topics I love to hear about (macros, cutting, reversing, maintenance, bulking, progressive overload, bio-feedback, hormones, sleep, etc.). Keep it up! Thank y’all!
