Clear, simple information
I discovered this podcast a few weeks back and have been binging episodes soaking in all the info I can. I love the way fitness, nutrition and mindset are all addressed and that the information is broken down in a way anyone can understand and make use of it. Looking forward to more episodes!

1st of all I would like to say he is an amazing person. He knows the nutrition and the workout plans really good . He will give you different diet plan every week. I got down from 16% bodyfat to 11% in just 12-14 weeks I wanted to gain muscle and loose body fat . He is the best.
