By far my favorite podcast!! Brad does a great job about covering all topics and is very informative. I have learned so much through him. I also love when Michelle is on!! She’s the best. They both are and do such a great job! Grateful that you guys take the time to do this podcast it’s help me so much!

1st of all I would like to say he is an amazing person. He knows the nutrition and the workout plans really good . He will give you different diet plan every week. I got down from 16% bodyfat to 11% in just 12-14 weeks I wanted to gain muscle and loose body fat . He is the best.
