No longer a listener
Since they transferred to Listnr I feel the content has been watered down and more pop culture podcast - not health & wellness. The interviews seem short and really surface level. I used to really love their longer, in depth interviews before the switch to Listnr. Sadly I’m not a listener anymore due to these changes. I feel the markets already saturated with pop culture/catch up type podcasts and real, meaningful, stimulating content is hard to come by.

Love the podcast and was pleasantly surprised by it. I love hearing about fitness but I'm glad its not all 1 sided and that your'e talking about a wide range of topics.
