It’s okay. Mixed feelings
I enjoy the premise, but it’s feeling very contrived and obvious that the narrator/journalist is just doing this for a podcast/show, and I don’t like his little narrations of “oh my God can you believe they just ignored what I told them?? that someone could kill them?!“ and “oh my God I can’t believe no one is taking me seriously and thinks I’m spam!!“… What did you think was gonna happen? It’s 2024, nobody is picking up the phone & not thinking it’s a scam.

More reviews of Kill List
This is an extraordinary story and very grippingly told. But the self-regarding way in which the presenter keeps putting himself front-stage (even when there are other qualified journalists, who speak the relevant local languages, on the scene) is a bit off-putting.

Will be shocked if this show doesn’t win awards and get turned into a tv show.

These journalists did an amazing thing and put themselves on the line when law enforcement wouldn’t. Podcast is fascinating, excellent journalism.
